Your Options:
We understand that changes can sometimes bring questions, so you remain in full control of your subscription. If you’re excited to try the new rebranded products, you don’t need to do anything—your upcoming orders will reflect these updates. However, if you’d prefer to opt out of receiving the new products or adjust your delivery schedule, swap out products, or even cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time.
2. Product Replacements
With the launch of our rebrand, we are saying goodbye to Hybrid Cream Clay. While we don’t currently offer an exact equivalent with our new rebranded line-up, we do offer a couple suitable alternatives listed below.
YOUR OPTIONS:
You have the option of replacing your subscription to Hybrid Cream Clay with any other current product.
Our closest alternative is Matte Cream Clay which offers the same light-medium hold and texture building properties that is smooth and easy to apply to your hair. We also recommend our newly released Lift Dry Shampoo Paste as it offers everything you loved about Hybrid Cream Clay but with added benefits, like refreshing your hair and adding volume between washes.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer to opt out of receiving the new products or adjust your delivery schedule, swap out products, or even cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time.
3. Pricing Update
To ensure the highest quality and longevity of our products, we’ve upgraded our primary styling jars (specifically Wax Fiber, Heavy Hold Clay, Matte Cream Clay and Hydrating Pomade).
