CT Barber Expo Giveaway (Free products for a year) – Official Terms & Conditions
Prize Overview Winner receives one (1) year's supply of Blumaan hair products, fulfilled in quarterly installments over a 12-month period.
Fulfillment Schedule Products are distributed in four (4) installments, one per quarter:
- Quarter 1: ~90 days
- Quarter 2: ~180 days
- Quarter 3: ~270 days
- Quarter 4: ~365 days
Winner must submit each product request no later than 14 days before the scheduled fulfillment date. Requests submitted late may be delayed to the following quarter at Blumaan's discretion.
Units Per Request Each quarterly request is capped at 10-15 units, subject to current inventory availability. Blumaan reserves the right to adjust unit quantities within this range based on stock levels at the time of fulfillment. No carryover of unused units to future quarters is permitted.
Product Selection Winner may select from available Blumaan products at the time of each request. Blumaan does not guarantee the availability of specific products or formulations and reserves the right to substitute discontinued items with a comparable product of equal or greater value.
Returns & Exchanges All prize products are final. Returns or replacements are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product arrives visibly damaged
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. Approved claims will be replaced with the same or comparable product — no cash equivalents will be issued.
General Conditions
- Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value
- Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address for each fulfillment
- Failure to respond to fulfillment communications within 14 days may result in forfeiture of that quarter's installment
- Blumaan reserves the right to disqualify any winner found to be reselling prize products
